The company R-DAS, s.r.o. seated at Rybárska 408/28, 96231 Sliač, Slovakia, ID No. 44 984 251, pays attention to the personal data protection. Any personal data collected by our company is processed confidentially and in strict accordance with legal provisions.

Personal Data We Collect

In connection with registration and use of application, we do not collect any personal data such as your email address, user name, password or your name name. We do not collect any analytical data in our App.

We do not share or otherwise disclose personal data, except for:

• if we are required to do so by law or legal process,
• to law enforcement authorities or other government officials, or
• when disclosure is necessary or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual fraudulent or illegal activity.

Your Rights

• ask for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data to be corrected;

We may transfer personal data to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected. We will not transfer the personal data outside the area of European Union. When we transfer your personal data to other countries, we will protect that data as described in this Privacy Policy.
