What I like most about the LogHub system is that it helps us comply with HACCP principles. We place great importance on the freshness and quality of the food we deliver to our customers, and proper storage is one of the most important parameters for food freshness. Thanks to LogHub, we have the right conditions in our warehouses under control and we are sure that our goods arrive at our customers in the best condition.

We have been using the LogHub system since spring 2024 and are very satisfied with it. It has worked without problems since the beginning, reliably monitors and stores our data and does not require any worries on our part. We appreciate the constant updating of the system, automatic notifications in case of outages or deviations, as well as the fact that we do not have to monitor the validity of the calibration of the meters and incur additional costs. We also greatly appreciate the approach of the team, from the very launch of the system to ongoing support. They are always willing to help us, advise us and warn us about deviations, which allows us to effectively solve any problems. During the inspection, we ordered the LogHub monitoring system, which R-DAS delivered to us on request within 3 working days. The installation was easy and we managed it ourselves, the technician only guided us through the application's functions. The inspection went far beyond expectations thanks to LogHub, so we don't have to worry about the future. We really appreciate the automatic calibration that the LogHub service offers.

We started testing the service during development. Its biggest advantage is that it is maintenance-free, as the company's technicians take care of the hardware directly. However, we appreciate the automatic calibration of the loggers the most, which we had to procure ourselves until now. When the calibration expires, LogHub technicians replace the loggers with new ones with a new calibration certificate directly at our pharmacy, and we don't have to think about it at all. The LogHub report from the refrigerator logger also helped us a lot when returning goods, as we were able to prove to the manufacturer that storage standards were met. We purchased the service right when sales started and we definitely recommend it to pharmacists. The LogHub system will make your work easier.

In 2022, the inspection from ŠÚKL required us to provide a temperature map of the storage areas, which is why we turned to the company R-DAS. They did the temperature monitoring using LogHub devices and I was very pleasantly surprised by the precision and professional processing of the final report and temperature map. We sent the documents to ŠÚKL and everything was in order. R-DAS even lent us the system free of charge until the summer in case summer mapping was needed.
